This universal role combines customer service, sales, and teller responsibilities, allowing you to assist with a wide range of financial needs.
Your key focus will be to identify members' financial goals, recommend personalized products and services, and support them in achieving their objectives. From account openings and inquiries to transactions and referrals, this role demands multitasking and a commitment to excellence.
